Who employs the candidate?

Search4S is only a recruitment company. The customer is responsible for employment. We do not employ and hire out consultants and we are not a staffing agency.

Can I express an interest in new positions?

What does it cost to recruit staff via Search4S?

Some positions are easy to fill, others demand more work on our part. Some customers prefer to deal with some aspects of the recruitment process themselves while others want Search4S to deal with everything. How long does a recruitment process take?

Our fastest recruitment took one hour. More commonly, a recruitment will take two months when all recommended steps are taken. The application period is normally 2-4 weeks, followed by (or simultaneous with) interviews conducted by Search4S and then interviews with our customer. We usually obtain references, conduct a personality analysis and carry out any necessary testing. One also needs to bear in mind that many candidates will be required to provide notice to their current employer. Learn more about our procedures here

When will I find out if I have been selected for the next stage of recruitment?

We always try to reply to applicants as quickly as possible after the application deadline. We do need time to go through all applications so this may take a few weeks. If you are wondering about your position in relation to other candidates, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@search4s.se.
